Understanding the Kaimahi Needs: Focus Office Furniture took the time to gather valuable insights by studying and understanding the Brand guidelines and brand applications, meeting with Te Pā kaimahi and visiting their old office; engaging in conversations and actively listening, they sought to understand the challenges faced by the team in their daily work and identify potential bottlenecks to efficiency. This collaborative approach ensured that the new office space would address the unique needs of the kaimahi.
Investing in a New Space: With a clear understanding of the requirements, Te Pā CEO Tui Ah-Loo decided to move to a new, larger, and more suitable space. With approximately 85 staff members to accommodate, Focus Office Furniture worked closely with Te Pā to optimize its budget while sourcing the highest-quality furniture available.
