Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will be applied to all orders. Please note that additional freight charges may apply for the following:- Rural deliveries
- Island locations such as Waiheke Island, Great Barrier, and Stewart Island
- Deliveries above ground floor

Product Eligibility for Delivery:
Some items may only be eligible for delivery in specific regions or areas within New Zealand. Please refer to the individual product page for details on delivery eligibility. -
Assembly Services:
Depending on the product, we offer two assembly options, both available at an additional price:- Pre-assembled: Some products can be sent to clients already assembled for added convenience. Additional charges apply.
- On-site Assembly: For products that require assembly, our professional team can visit the delivery address and assemble the items on-site. Additional charges apply. Please contact us to inquire about assembly service fees.

Inspection and Claims:
It is essential to inspect all goods for damage before signing the delivery docket. Focus Office Furniture cannot make a claim to a carrier on your behalf once the goods have been signed as received in 'good order and condition'. Any damaged goods must be noted on the delivery docket at the time of receipt, and all claims must be lodged with Focus Office Furniture within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Photo evidence of product damages is required. -
Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order placement. However, please note that once the order is with the delivery company, the timing is out of our hands. Some larger items might need to be delivered by a special furniture carrier. -
Tracking and Delays:
While we provide tracking details if available, Focus Office Furniture is not responsible for any part deliveries or delays in the delivery of goods as a result of events happening outside of our control. However, we will assist in tracking your order in case of delays. -
