With multi-layer sound insulation, smart ventilation, and integrated power solutions, these pods provide a comfortable and efficient environment for focused tasks, meetings, and collaboration in corporate offices, coworking spaces, and agile work environments.

Key Features

Each pod is engineered for soundproofing, comfort, and functionality. The high-density acoustic panels and dual-pane laminated tempered acoustic glass (5mm+5mm) reduce noise by 30dB, ensuring privacy. A smart ventilation system refreshes the air every three minutes during occupancy and runs for 15 minutes every half-hour when unoccupied to maintain a fresh and comfortable environment.

Built-in 4000K LED sensor lighting provides consistent illumination, while two 10A 250V AC outlets and USB Type B & C ports allow for easy device charging. The motion sensor automatically activates lighting and fans, ensuring energy efficiency with a 29W power draw during use.

Haven Pods also feature concealed castors for easy relocation and leveling feet for stability on uneven surfaces. Select models include an E1-grade 30mm thick laminated table with beveled edges for added functionality. The environmentally friendly nylon carpet is wear-resistant, flame-retardant, waterproof, anti-slip, and anti-fouling, ensuring long-term durability.

Models & Applications

The Solo and Solo+ models are compact, designed for phone calls, virtual meetings, and focused tasks. Their internal space of 945W x 897D x 2170H mm makes them ideal for individual work.

The Focus pod offers a slightly larger area at 1445W x 1208D x 2170H mm, making it suitable for confidential work, study sessions, and temporary office use.

For team collaboration, the Team and Team+ models accommodate four to six people within a 2145W x 1498D x 2170H mm space, making them perfect for meetings, interviews, and brainstorming sessions.

The Studio pod is the most spacious, measuring 2425W x 2381D x 2170H mm, ideal for workshops, client presentations, and video conferencing.

Construction & Materials

Haven Pods are built with environmentally friendly, high-performance materials. The 45mm thick body contains multi-layer sound insulation encased between galvanized steel plates, while the interior surfaces use flame-retardant recycled PET acoustic panels. The dual-pane laminated tempered glass enhances acoustic performance, with the option for switch glass for added privacy.

Each pod is equipped with a safe, low-voltage, ultra-quiet fan running at 750 RPM with a 90 CFM air volume, ensuring optimal air circulation.

Installation & Power Requirements

Haven Pods are designed for easy modular installation, requiring no glue or nails. The standard 250V three-pin plug allows for direct wall socket connection without the need for hardwiring.
